…that Fairfax County, the largest county in the commonwealth and supposedly the home of the Digital Dominion, always brings in its election results so slowly?

If I were a touch more cyncial, I would suggest that it’s because the local party machine needs more time to rig the vote, but we’re not in Detroit, so I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt, and suggest that our high population has something to do with it.
Not that we aren’t piled to the hilt with Democrats up here. Give it enough time, and I’m sure all of Fairfax County will look just like that other Democratic city…
